1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Webdever, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Webdever provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to build, develop, deploy, host, and monitor websites and web applications from a unified dashboard.

Webdever operates as a cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). Features may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. AI-Generated Code & Automation

Webdever provides AI tools that generate or modify source code based on user input.

• • AI-generated code may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies.
• • You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deployment.
• • Webdever does not guarantee that AI output is secure, production-ready, or legally compliant.

You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated output.

4. User Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• • All code deployed under your account
• • All hosted content and applications
• • Securing credentials and environment variables
• • Maintaining backups of your data

Webdever is not responsible for loss caused by user error, misconfiguration, or deployment issues.

5. Acceptable Use & Infrastructure Abuse

You agree not to use Webdever to:

• ✗ Deploy malware, ransomware, or crypto miners
• ✗ Conduct phishing or spam campaigns
• ✗ Perform denial-of-service attacks
• ✗ Host illegal or infringing content
• ✗ Attempt to access other users' environments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse system resources or pose security risks.

6. Resource Usage & Fair Use Policy

Webdever provides shared infrastructure. Resource allocations (CPU, memory, bandwidth, storage) may be limited based on your subscription tier. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate services that exceed reasonable usage.

You retain ownership of your source code and content.

By using Webdever, you grant us a limited license to host, store, execute, and transmit your code solely to provide the service.

Webdever retains ownership of all platform software, infrastructure systems, and trademarks.

9. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of deployments or deletion of projects after a retention period. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

10. Termination & Data Retention

Upon termination, deployments may be disabled and projects may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. You are responsible for exporting data before cancellation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webdever shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in infrastructure, AI capabilities, or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
